We ask that you please be sure that your billing address and shipping address is the same. This is the best way to ensure that your package is not shipped to the wrong address. All orders are NON REFUNDABLE!
Once an order has been made processing can take up to 4 business days for your order to be shipped out based upon availability. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will began processing on the next business day which is Monday.) For your convenience we suggest that you do not wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays.
Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 3-5 Business days depending on your location.
Express shipping is 1-2 Business days depending on your location. All Express Orders are shipped out the same day as long as the order is placed before 2pm CST and your hair in INSTOCK at that time, please call the office at 682-888-1223 to check immediate availability for express orders.
All Packages are delivered using USPS and UPS. Express Packaging will come USPS.
Tracking your packages
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24 hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com or www.UPS.com. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 4 business days from placing your order please contact customer service at 1- 855-473-5542.
Changes or Modifications to Orders
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, please email or call us immediately to request any changes.
Errors and Shipment delays:
We are not be responsible for shipping delays for weather or other natural environmental factors.
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately at 682-888-1223. We will contact UPS/USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 30 days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending UPS/USPS investigation of the situation. We cannot reship a lost package until the investigation is complete. Sorry for any inconvenience this is beyond our control.
